Booking Procedure
1. Bookings may be made by telephone on 01225 865725 or by calling at our office at 16 High Street, Melksham, SN12 6JU. Any
provisional booking will be at the discretion of the booking team at the time of enquiry. Office hours, Tuesday to Friday 10am to 4pm.
Cheques are payable to Holidays & Cruises Travel Experts Ltd. Alternatively you may book and pay by credit or debit card over the
telephone or by Bank transfer (details available from our office).
PLEASE NOTE :- We strongly advise booking or making payment over the phone. When requiring to make a booking or paying your
balance in our office please always call to make an appointment to ensure that we are here to complete your requirements.
2. DEPOSIT for a UK holiday is £75.00pp and European is from £150pp, Deposits will be confirmed upon booking
3. On receiving your deposit, we will then send your holiday confirmation invoice. The balance due on your holiday must then be
paid to our office by the date shown on your confirmation invoice.
4. After final payment AND 7 to 10 days prior to the departure date, we will send your holiday tickets and confirmation stating your
pick-up point AND departure time along with your luggage labels. Please complete your luggage labels before travel.
